Our memberships are a great option for a individual looking for a workspace without a long term commitment. Virtual Office Membership
$100/mo per person
This virtual office membership includes:
Local business and mailing address
Mail forwarding
Mail and package coordination
Access to the building during business hours to pick up mail

Palmetto Membership
$250/mo per person
This is our base level coworking membership, it includes access to all amenities within the Church Street tier as well as:
Building access during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
High speed and reliable internet
Concierge services
Access to daily newspaper and magazine subscriptions
Printing, copying, and scanning services
Access to our coworking workspaces
Full access to the City House kitchen, stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages
Magnolia Day Pass - 5 Pack
$130/pack per person
A day pass provides an individual with access to the building during business hours for 5 days and includes all amenities within the Palmetto tier. Passes do not need to be used for consecutive days.
Angel Oak Membership
$350/mo per person
This is our top tier coworking membership, it includes access to all amenities within the Church and Palmetto tiers as well as:
24/7 building access
Priority conference room bookings
1 bottle per month from the City House wine collection

$180/pack per person
A day pass provides an individual with access to the building during business hours for 10 days and includes all amenities within the Palmetto tier. Passes do not need to be used for consecutive days.

A day pass provides an individual with access to the building during business hours for 1 day and includes all amenities within the Palmetto tier.

The Citadel and Sullivan conference rooms are separated by a bifold door that can be opened to create one larger conference room. This is ideal for groups of up to 20 individuals!

We allow bookings of the whole 2nd floor for private events! This includes use of both conference rooms, the kitchen, and the 2nd floor enclosed piazza.
